One of the protagonists is a girl with a rough history, who "works" as a callgirl to keep afloat. She is a handfull, distrusting and rude BUT she is one of the characters, that make this story deep and worth the while. You CAN interact with her (wich I strongly recommend), but you don't have to. Those who judge her are, IMHO, hypocrits...
And what's hypocritical about that? Prostitution has always been the easiest way to make money, you don't need to have a special brain to do it. There's even a saying: it's better to have a thief as a son than a prostitute as a daughter. She could easily have been a webcam girl, that would have fit in since the action takes place in the modern world, but no, she sleeps with rich old men, so why should I be interested in her story (even if she has such a father, that doesn't justify anything), and if not, then I'm a hypocrite, well, well, well. Many barely survive in our world, but they don't engage in prostitution.

I absolutely hate when you (the MC) are blackmailed by the supposed "good guys" into something but to only have the MC forget and be all buddy buddy with them. that's some lazy writing and it absolutely gets under my skin because I know nothing of consequence is going to happen. I'll keep playing to see if I'm wrong.

This VN has high potential and those who haven't tried it, definitely should. Chika's character is well-founded is actually quite acceptable as she's pretty endearing. It's quite impressive that despite being 0.3, it has hours of content and I played at 1AM and finished it by sunrise like wtf (read the dialogues thoroughly), pretty good humor and I'm excited for the update. At first I was put off this game due to the drama, but then I remembered people are stupid and decided to try it out myself, to create my own opinion. If you're like me and were put off of trying this game, I'd recommend you give it a try as I did. I am very glad I decided to give it a try. To address the controversy with a reasonable lens, there's a character known as Chika, who is apart of the romanceable cast. Now, this girl is a very emotionally complicated and scarred character, who you eventually learn is a prostitute in order to make money, to pay for her drunk fathers rent. Where the drama comes into play, is that the MC showed Chika care, whereas nobody else does. In order to test this, she offers the MC sex, and try's to coax him into a one night stand. This is not a situation born of romance, or love. It's a character we know to be a prostitute offering her services to the MC for free, as what is effectively a way to prove that he's the same as everyone else. You can accept her proposal, or you can decline it, and actually gain more points with her. And the point where people are upset, is she later is seen outside of a love hotel leaving a client to his car. That's it, now me personally, I have no issue with this as there's no established relationship with this character, and we're told she's a prostitute ahead of time, and it's not like we're seeing her give her services. Anyways, I'd recommend you try it out and make up your own opinion. Now with that out of the way, the game itself. I've enjoyed the story of this game thus far, I appreciate the unique world, as well as the lore and history. The characters are amazing so far, in terms of personality and looks, I think facially they're all quite similar, but that doesn't really bug me, they each have unique aesthetics and are all attractive in different ways, I find the characters in this to be some of the more attractive I've seen in AVN's. Another thing I've enjoyed is the way relationships have developed. I enjoy AVN's as a more slow burn romance, VS what is effectively porn, and I can safely say that this game is the first of those two, which as I said, I prefer. Visually, this game is very very well done, it's incredibly pretty. NSFW scenes are also very well done, despite some clipping with hair at times, the animations are some of the better I've seen, and are consistently high quality. I also just want to say, I fucking love the soundtrack for this game, hearing Dope, Linkin Park, and Drowning Pool in an AVN was not on my bucket list, but I'm glad it was done. The humor in this game is also great, the memes are kind of hit or miss, but they're optional, and I think they're kind of charming. If I could give any criticism, apart from general things, I would personally like to see a notification, like either a heart beat like Eternum, or a color flash like Projekt Passion, as a way to tell if you got good points with a character, often times you'll say something, one choice is good, one bad, and you don't know you fucked up till way later. Also a character gallery, again similar to Eternum, might be nice, but it's not necessary. Overall, fantastic AVN, excited for future updates.
Here's my suggestion. I hope the protagonist can be more proactive. Make unexpected moves towards the heroines to make them feel flustered. Overall, the male - lead still seems too wooden.

Cops have to be the top thugs, it is basically their entire reason for existence, the state maintains a monopoly on violence, all violence, even criminal violence, is answerable to the state (as they maintain the right to stop it). This is only true if cops are the top of the civil violence food chain, if someone steps in and does the cops work, then all of the civilians would start asking reasonable questions like "why do the cops get so much funding" and "why can't we, do the cops job, but better with actual community interests in mind?".
So no, cops wouldn't let Vigilantes go because they get the work done, especially not flashy vigilantes that specifically do their work, cops would rather no one do their work, if they aren't doing it.
P.S: WHY THE FUCK IS THE JAPANESE GIRL IMPORTING A NISSAN FROM THE US, ITS A JAPANESE CAR.

it's only up to version 0.3 and there's a whole rant about one character's story having alot more to it that you will see in later updates, I'd say it's a safe bet that it's not even close to finished
